![]() It swivels over to the right side of your blaster and locks into place. To unfold the stock, simply press the orange button located on the left side of the stock. The stock doesn’t interfere with the ergonomics of the blaster when folded – it is a pretty darn nice addition! The Hypnos also has a foldable stock, which is a decent length when locked into place and makes the blaster much more compact when stowed. There is one sling mount located on the bottom of the grip. Picking up the Hypnos, the grip is similar to all blasters in the Rival series, big and comfortable to grip, but a younger or smaller person shouldn’t have an issue using it either. So with that, let’s see what you get in the box… We will take a look at how that funky stock works (or doesn’t!) how easy it is to load and look at how well it functions and fires (of course!) compared with the other spring-powered blasters in the Rival series. So far, these have been a little disappointing, so let’s see if the Hypnos can improve things. However the loading is slightly clunky and I still prefer the Artemis as the Rival Springer Full NERF Rival Hypnos Review The full image gallery for Helios XVIII-700 may be viewed at Helios XVIII-700/Gallery.We like this blaster as an upgrade to the Apollo, as it addresses many of the its shortcomings with much better priming action, and a stock. Using the unjamming feature inadvertently allows the Helios to be loaded and primed twice, allowing the blaster to fire two rounds at once.Because of this, the Helios is considered a direct successor to the Apollo. The bolt-action nature of the Helios seems to be an upgrade to the small slide-action handle on the top of the Apollo. Possibly in reference to this, the Helios and the Apollo XV-700 are rather similar, with it having likely been created as an answer to complaints about the Apollo - the end of the blaster not being comfortable, lacking a sling mount, and being hard to prime. Helios is closely associated with Apollo, both being deities associated with the sun.The Helios XVIII-700 was named after Helios from Greek mythology, who was the personification of the sun.Phantom Corps ( white, black, and orange).Team Red (red, black, white, and orange).Team Blue (blue, black, white, and orange). The Helios has been released with the following color schemes: The Helios was planned to have an Edge Series re-release, alongside a thirty round drum, but was ultimately cancelled. The standard RIVAL Helios is a re-release of the Phantom Corps variant that was released earlier in the same year. Experience the intensity of Nerf Rival battles with the Helios XVIII-700 blaster!
